Upon receiving your order and payment a welcome email will be sent to the email address you provided us with.  This email will include all the important information you need to get started with your new web hosting account.  Login ID, login location, and FTP information is among the information given in this email.  If you have misplaced this email or did not receive it, simply login to your client area.  Within the client area there is a link to "My Emails".  If you click that link you will be able to see all emails we have sent you over the entire course of your account history.  If the email is not there, please contact support to have the email resent.
